The role Salesmanager Nutritional Supplements DACH

The primary responsibility of the Country Manager is to build long-term and personal relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) both within the bariatric Health Care Professionals (HCP) as within the patient communities. The goal is to inform these KOLs about the benefits of the company for bariatric patients, sharing all their latest scientific data, and developments.
The Country Manager leads a team of 6 Product Specialists/Sales Managers and makes sure that they perform at the highest level. In addition, you set out the defined plans in the DACH region within the boundaries of the budget. You carry the responsibility to achieving your revenue goals.
You monitor and analyse the most important market, competition and product developments and so you are on top of the developments in your region.

You work with an ambitious team of professionals and have a hands-on mentality.
In your role as Country Manager, you are traveling around 30% - 40% of the time within the DACH region. Besides working with your local team of Product Specialists, you will be working closely together with the local CS lead to serve the local market in the best way possible.

You are responsible for a European project that you will lead and implement with the help of a multidisciplinary team.
You will also have a close contact with your colleagues from Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Operations and Business Development based in our head office in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to achieve maximal support for your country. You will actively participate in half-yearly Sales meetings, conference calls and national and international conferences.

What they are looking for

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role (with management), preference in the pharmaceutical branche. You have an educational Bachelor degree and a good knowledge of
German en Englisch languages. Next to this you have good independent managerial skills, and know how to motivate and inspire your team in an international scale up environment.
With this you are a real collaborator, motivator and inspirator.
You are sales- and resultdriven and with your analytical skills you have a track record of reaching targets and being accountable for a budget, together with your team.
Besides that you have a pro-active attitude and hands on mentality, you get to the bottom of issues, and you think outside of the box.
